This platform is operated by Alessandro Ferreira Alta Performance Consultoria e Agenciamento Esportivo LTDA (“Alta Performance Academy”, “we”), registered under CNPJ No. 62.413.206/0001-09, with its head office at Avenida Conselheiro Carrão, 284, Suite 705, São Paulo/SP, ZIP 03402-000.

We work in the development, mentoring and monitoring of athletes. This policy explains how we handle personal data on the website altaperformanceacademy.com.br and on the athlete portal, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 — LGPD).

• Registration data: name, email, phone, date of birth, city/state, position and the athlete's sports data.
• Guardian data: name and email of parents or guardians linked to the athlete.
• Monitoring data: training logs, weekly perception (PSI), development plan (PDI), assessments and monthly-fee financial information.
• Messages: the content of the conversations you send us via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or the website chat.
• Usage data: pages visited, traffic source and basic browsing metrics, collected to improve the service.

• Provide the sports mentoring and monitoring service and give access to the athlete portal.
• Communicate with you and with guardians about training, assessments, mentoring and billing.
• Respond to inquiries and questions through our messaging channels.
• Improve the platform and the quality of the monitoring.

We process data on the basis of performance of a contract (provision of the service to the athlete), the consent of the data subject or their guardian, compliance with a legal obligation, and legitimate interest for the improvement and security of the service.

Some of our athletes are minors. Registration and use of the portal by minors must be carried out with the knowledge and consent of parents or legal guardians, who may monitor and request, at any time, the modification or deletion of the minor's data.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with suppliers that make the service possible, under an obligation of confidentiality:

• Supabase (database and authentication) and Vercel (hosting).
• Meta / WhatsApp Business, Instagram and Facebook for messaging support.
• Chatwoot (support hub) and transactional email provider.

We use WhatsApp Business and the Meta platforms for support. When you start a conversation through these channels, the content of the messages is handled in accordance with this policy and Meta's policies. You may end the contact at any time.

We use cookies and browsing metrics that are essential to the operation and improvement of the site. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data. We keep the data for as long as necessary to provide the service and to comply with legal obligations; after that, it is deleted or anonymized.
