⚡ Individual mentoring · youth athletes · ages 10 to 22

Talent without direction
stays invisible.

Your child trains, plays and works hard. But nobody is measuring, nobody is correcting, and the club only sees what shows up on trial day. Mentoring puts a CBF-certified scout alongside the athlete, every month, with real data and a plan.

What the family can't see from the touchline

The club decides with numbers.
The family decides on gut feeling.

How many minutes did he play this month? How many times did he make himself available off the ball? How does his height compare with his age group? A scout answers that. Mentoring brings that eye into the athlete's routine and hands it back to the family as a report.

2min

Average time on the ball, per player, in a full match.

88min

Time the scout spends watching your child without him even noticing.

3pages

The monthly report the family gets, with the month's numbers.

The method

Four steps.
The first one is free.

No athlete joins mentoring without being watched first. The initial analysis is the door in, and it costs nothing.

01

Initial analysis

Athlete profile, height and BMI against the WHO reference at exact age, the age group's competition map and what the numbers say. Delivered to the family as a PDF.

Free · no commitment

02

Family meeting

A conversation with parents and athlete about where he is now, the goals and the expectations. That's where you decide whether it makes sense to continue.

Parents + athlete + scout

03

IDP, the individual plan

Individual Development Plan with goals, phases and checkpoints. Technical, tactical, physical and mental, at the athlete's pace.

The app

Mentoring lives
in the athlete's pocket.

Alta Performance Academy is the athlete portal packaged as an app. It logs the day in one minute, and scattered effort becomes data the scout reads and the family follows.

Training log

Training type, sleep, physical and emotional state, every day. No signal at the pitch? It saves and uploads later.

Matches

Opponent, minutes, position and the athlete's own performance rating.

Progress

Logging consistency and training, sleep, mood and match scores, all charted.

IDP and weekly check-in

Plan goals with status and the athlete's weekly check-in.

Video analysis

Clips and matches analysed by the team, unlocked in the app.

Physical assessment

At a partner centre, with a PDF report.

Alerts and chat

Talk directly to the team. The family stays in a private group.

Athlete graphics

Professional performance graphics, ready to share.

What the family gets

Two documents.
One at the start, one every month.

No "he's improving". Mentoring delivers paper: three pages on entry and three pages at the end of every month, with what the athlete logged and what the scout saw.

On entry · free

Initial Athlete Analysis

A scout's first look at the athlete, compared with his age group using real data.

PAGE 1The athleteWho he is today, what he brings, his path so far and what the family is looking for, in their own words.
PAGE 2The athlete and the age groupHeight and BMI measured against the WHO reference at exact age, competition map and what the numbers say.
PAGE 3The pathThe 4-step method, what's included and the time window the athlete has.

Monthly Athlete Report

The month-end wrap-up, compared with the previous month. It mirrors what the athlete logged: a weak month produces a weak report, and the family sees it.

PAGE 1The month's numbersMatches, minutes, log days, adherence, average check-in score and average sleep, each against the previous month.
PAGE 2What happenedMatch table, well-being and "in the athlete's words": what improved, the best moment, the difficulty.
PAGE 3Where he is and what's nextHeight against the WHO reference, comparison with the age group, IDP goals with status and next month's focus.

It's the document that keeps families renewing

A month of mentoring

What happens between
one report and the next.

Every day

1 min

The athlete logs

Training, sleep and mood in the app. Matches logged with minutes and position. It's the habit that turns effort into data, and the group follows up when it slips.

Every week

Check-in

The athlete tells us how it went

Weekly check-in: what improved, the best moment, what he wants to work on, the difficulty. It's the part of the report the family reads most.

Every week

Group

Contact with the family

Private WhatsApp group with parents and athlete. Each athlete has his own agenda, on a different day each week, with no bot messages. A meeting is set up when needed.

When there's a match

Video

Match and clip analysis

The family sends the video, the team analyses positioning and decision-making, and the analysis is unlocked in the app. When an official match report exists, it goes into the numbers.

End of month

PDF

Monthly report and next month's focus

Three pages with the numbers, what happened and what's next. Next month's focus comes from what the athlete flagged and what the numbers demand.

following yours up close.

Certification

Coach, performance analyst and scout certified by the CBF (Brazilian Football Confederation)

Education

Method

Watches the match, measures, writes the report and sits down with the family to correct course. Every week, every month.

"I'm not the guy who promises you a club. I'm the guy who shows you what the club looks at, and trains your child for it."

Who it's for

Mentoring isn't for everyone.
And that's a good thing.

It makes sense when

The athlete is 10 to 22 years old and already trains at a club, football school or project.
The family wants to know where he really stands, even if the answer is hard to hear.
The athlete agrees to log his routine in the app. No log, no report.
You want a plan, not a promise.

It doesn't make sense when

You expect to "get a club" within weeks. Nobody serious promises that.
The athlete won't log or watch. His report would come out empty, and the method is honest: it shows the gaps.
The family wants praise, not measurement.
How to get started

It starts with a conversation and a PDF.
At no cost.

Mentoring doesn't promise a club, a trial, a place or a contract. It measures, plans and follows up. Minors only join with a guardian's consent, and routine data is seen only by the athlete's own mentoring team.

Questions from those
on the touchline.

How much does mentoring cost?+

The price is agreed at the family meeting, after the initial analysis, because it depends on the plan: mentoring only, or mentoring plus training at a partner centre and a physical assessment. The initial analysis costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

My child plays far from São Paulo. Can we still do it?+

Yes. Follow-up happens through the app, the group and video. We follow athletes in other states and abroad. The only difference is the in-person physical assessment, which is optional.

He already has a coach at his club. Won't it get in the way?+

No. Mentoring doesn't replace club training: it measures what the athlete does there and corrects what the club has no time to correct. The coach is usually the first to notice.

What does the family have to do?+

Make sure the daily log gets done, take part in the group, send video when there's a match and read the monthly report. Whoever is on the touchline becomes part of the method.

He's a minor. What happens with his data?+

The guardian authorises each use separately and can revoke it at any time. Routine and well-being data is seen only by the athlete's own mentoring team. Account deletion can be requested inside the app.

Is there an iPhone app?+

Right now the app is on Google Play. On iPhone the portal works in the browser, with the same modules. The App Store version is in preparation.

What if it doesn't work for us?+

Mentoring is month to month. If it doesn't make sense, it ends at the end of the cycle, with no penalty and no argument. The monthly report shows clearly whether it's paying off.
